Lanei was born and raised in El Cajon and her love for her family kept her close to home. Her earliest memories are filled with her love for animals, so when she graduated high school in 2008, she began pursuing her life-long dream of working with them.

She entered the ROP program for Veterinary Technicians straight away. Her internship was spent here at Cuyamaca where she quickly learned that she made the right career choice. Lanei's natural talent, level-headedness and ability to learn earned her respect from our team and landed her a position with us!

Lanei states that she is "living her dream" as a veterinary technician and plans on furthering her career by continuing her education and becoming an RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician). We are happy to help Lanei realize her dreams and are fortunate to have her as part of our family.
