Mimy was born and raised in New York. She and her family made their way across the country and settled in California in 1995. Her previous experience includes management and web design.

Mimy entered the veterinary field in 2003. She became available for us to hire in 2007 and we quickly snatched her up. Her quick wit and New York Attitude made her an easy fit and a valued asset. Her loves include her three great kids, her German Shepherd, Cyrus, and of course STARBUCKS!
